The history of I.CO. Cialde is interwoven with artisanal ingredients, exclusive recipes, refined flavours and...a lot of technology. Founded in 1979 in Calitri, Avellino in Italy, the company specialises in the production of cones, cannoli, wafers, wafer decorations and semi-finished products for pastry and gelato shops.
Among its most popular creations is Frisbee, a crispy, crunchy and delicious cocoa and hazelnut wafer designed to accompany gelato with a touch of class. A prominent place is dedicated to the cones Giulietta (now also in a gluten-free version) and Romeo, which are joined by simple and coated Biscuit cones.
Original and with an irresistible taste, its wafer shells (in the simple version or coated inside with chocolate) are ideal for serving gelato, whipped cream, creams and fruit salads. And don’t forget rolled wafer cones, cannoli, coated ramekins, mini tarts and boat tarts, choux pastry and babà, as well as mini cones to be used for decoration, like the colourful Decorì...

Every creation is the result of I.CO. Cialde’s commitment to constant search for ideas that meet the emerging demands of the market . Thanks to its success, the company recently moved to its new home just outside the city, a larger and more functional property that covers more than 13,600 square metres, of which 5,000 indoors. The new plant is equipped with machinery of the latest generation to ensure greater production capacity and therefore faster delivery times, the height of efficiency. This is the case, for example, of the new line dedicated to the gluten-free Giulietta cone, a production line featuring a variety of technologically advanced machinery designed to satisfy the constantly increasing demands of the market.
The future of I.CO. Cialde is therefore sure to be sweet and delicious, with an assortment of products that reflects a culture of tradition and a flair for innovation.
