Founded in 1979 in Calitri, Avellino in Italy, the company specialises in the production of cones, cannoli, wafers, wafer decorations and semi-finished products for pastry and gelato shops Among its most popular creations is Frisbee, a crispy, crunchy and delicious wafer designed to accompany gelato with a touch of class. A prominent place is dedicated to the cones Giulietta, also in a gluten-free version, and Romeo, which are joined by simple and coated Biscuit cones. Original and with an irresistible taste, its wafer shells (also coated inside with chocolate) are ideal for serving gelato, whipped cream, creams and fruit salads. And don’t forget rolled wafer cones, cannoli, coated ramekins, mini tarts and boat tarts, choux pastry and babà, as well as mini cones to be used for decoration, like the colourful Decorì... Driven by an admirable synthesis of tradition and innovation, the company has created Drinkeat, a wafer cup with an internal coating of dark chocolate, perfect for enjoying coffee, gelato, yoghurt, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks... The exclusive design of the Futura bowl opens up new perspectives in the way of serving and enjoying artisanal specialties. The headquarters of I.CO. Cialde covers today an area of 13,600 square metres, 5,000 of which are covered. The plant is equipped with machinery of the latest generation to ensure greater production capacity and therefore faster delivery times, the height of efficiency.
